Justine Fox from Calzada Fox will be talking about the existing colour industry for automotive, product, urban planning,interior design, and fashion and how new emerging colour processes and methods will affect it. As well as discussing the problems and issues related to these new innovations being integrated into established companies, factories and supply chains.
She will also present a short survey of colour innovations that are likely to make an impact on the way we take colour to market in the next few years.
Recent Material Futures graduate Elissa Brunato will talk about her project 'Bio Iridescent Sequin' and the potential for structural colour to change the fashion industry.
This talk will appeal to designers, marketeers and communicators working in fashion, textiles, materials and manufacturing but all are welcome.
